Orange Glazed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
½ cup orange juice
4 cups sweet potatoes, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup sugar
How To
Take a heat-proof bowl and add potatoes, mix in cinnamon, molasses, sugar, orange juice and vanilla
Add at least one cup of water to Instant Pot, place it to steamer basket
Arrange bowl over steamer basket, lock lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 20-22 minutes
Naturally release pressure over 10 minutes
Open lid, serve and enjoy!
